To meet the increasing demand for goods ordering on a digital platform and to professionalize the production organization, Vietnam Post has set up synchronous logistics centers along major industrial zones in key economic regions such as Hai Phong, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Ho Chi Minh Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Can Tho,… The simultaneous deployment of warehousing platform in both traditional logistics and e-commerce logistics on the basis of data analysis, optimization of delivery routes is also focused.
The mail sorting centers and logistics centers are invested by Vietnam Post and equipped with automatic sorting system with the capacity of tens of thousands of postal items per hour, meeting the average growth rate of output over 30%. These sorting systems can sort goods in detail to the district and commune levels through reading barcodes and analyzing postal images, and at the same time integrating with Vietnam Post's IT systems such as: the digital map (Vmap), Vpostcode…, building a continuous, synchronous and optimized process from accepting, operating, sorting and delivering goods at the customers’ addresses.

In addition, Vietnam Post provided e-commerce customers and outsourcing logistics with platforms such as warehousing, order management, packaging and delivery of orders with addresses, thereby optimizing the goods circulation processes, significantly reducing logistics costs for enterprises.
Along with the system logistics centers synchronized in key industrial zones such as Hai Phong, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, and Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Can Tho... Vietnam Post is also gradually forming large-scale, multi-functional warehouse systems, typically the most modern bonded warehouse system of Vietnam in Vinh Phuc, Ha Nam with a total area of nearly 50,000 m2, achieving international TAPA A certification with high quality standards.

According to the plan, by 2025, Vietnam Post will expand its bonded warehouse system to 10 ha, e-commerce warehouses in key economic regions to more than 15 ha, distribution centers around 10 ha. Each of these warehouses is researched, designed and built in a methodical and detailed manner according to global standards to optimize using capacity, contributing to the best connection of transportation between domestic and export goods.
