Through a long period of strong development, nowadays, coffee has become one of Viet Nam’s key export commodities, the second largest agricultural export in turnover after rice. Therefore, the coffee industry plays a critical role in the national economy. Vietnamese coffee is grown on highlands and high mountains with a suitable climate and soil, giving Vietnamese coffee a distinct flavor. There are three main types of coffee plants, namely tea coffee, vanilla coffee, and jackfruit coffee. Each type requests different ecological conditions for the best growth and development.
