Vietnam Post adds more utilities for Banking and Finance EMS Services

With 3 service packages: Standard, Silver and Gold, Banking and Finance EMS service not only meets the requirements of delivery of records, pin-card codes, documents from banks, financial and insurance enterprises to the recipients but also this service is also added with options such as information/image collection, checking and returning records to the address... to suit the typical factors of each different group of customers.

Mr. N.M.H, a bank employee shared: In the limited conditions of the Covid pandemic, when the transaction, opening a bank account, registering as a credit card,... are prioritized in electronic settlement, delivery service with confirmation, inspection and collection of information of customers was very convenient.

"Customers don't need to go to the bank's transaction offices to check in and salespeople don't need to meet with customers in person to get signatures or verify information. All procedures are carried out through the post office, helping to reduce direct contact with many people as well as optimize resources for other jobs better," Mr. H. added.

Representative of Vietnam Post said: EMS Banking and Finance service was designed specifically for customers in this service group, and customized upon their requirements.

For customers wishing to deliver a pin code, the card can simply use the Standard service plan. The Silver and Gold service package allows the senders to deliver more documents, contracts/ credit records, insurance accompanied by collecting information collation, taking photos of customer records and returning records to the senders.

Particularly for the Gold Service Package, postmen will take pictures of the relevant documents at the request of organizations, financial enterprises, banks, insurance (maximum up to 8 photos) and send them through the My Vietnam Post app system, donhang.vnpost.vn website or through software connecting the API to the post office. The service charge is calculated from VND 12,300 per post sent in the province, from VND 16,200 per post to intercity (vat and surcharges included). Return fees are also waived for customers using the Silver and Gold Service Package and 50% discount for standard service packages to optimize delivery costs for customers.

To ensure the time standards committed to customers, postal items using EMS Banking and Finance service are stamped with their own identification and with the earliest delivery priority.
