Japanese goods are now available on Postmart

Delegates cut the ribbon to open Japan Shop on Postmart

This is an event in the framework of the project "Easy buying Japanese goods" jointly implemented by Vietnam Post and Japan Post with the support of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan, aims to provide Vietnamese consumers with high quality products originating from Japan.

Accordingly, during the pilot period from December 10, 2021 to March 10, 2022, the project will bring more than 100 products of Household items, Deodorant & Detergent, Health Care Food and Cosmetics originating from Japan, sale available at 18 Postmart physical stores in Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong and on Vietnam Post's e-commerce platform - Postmart.vn with a link: https://Japanshop.postmart.vn. All products belong to well-known and reputable brands, which are favored in Japanese market and highly appreciated by customers for their quality.

Mr. Tabuchi Yuichiro, First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, assessed this project as a typical event for the cooperation in the postal service field between two countries, creating opportunities for customers in either urban or rural areas can access and choose genuine and high-quality products through network of Vietnam Post.

According to Ms. Chu Thi Lan Huong, Executive Vice Director of Vietnam Post, after the pilot period, two Posts will evaluate the efficiency of the project to expand the supply scale nationwide. At the same time, diversifing products to match Vietnamese market demand. Thereby, bringing to Vietnamese consumers quality products, originating from Japan, concurrently, promoting the activities of commercial coordination and contributing to the economic development of both countries.

In the first week of implementation, the Organizing Committee will give away hundreds of gift vouchers worth 50,000 VND at Postmart stores. With the gift voucher, customers can get direct discount on their bills from 150,000 VND when buying products under the project "Easy buying Japanese goods" at Postmart physical stores and on Postmart.vn.
