Grateful offer for customers using international delivery service

Accordingly, when sending parcels via International Parcel service with a minimum charge of 3,000,000 VND and via International EMS service with a minimum charge of 5,000,000 VND, customers will be gifted 300,000 VND. For orders using International Registered Mail, ePacket, and Prime Tracked services with charges from 500,000 VND, customers will receive gifts of 50,000 VND. These gifts will be deducted directly from the shipping fee.

In addition to the rates, Vietnam Post also offers 01 CN01 coupon for each customer using the International Parcel, International Registered Mail, ePacket and Prime Tracked services with the minimum charge as above.

The CN01, also known as the International Reply Coupon, is a postal publication having the same value as a postage stamp. Customers use this coupon to reduce the shipping payable fee when using the International Mail and Parcel service for the next shipment. Particularly, CN01 coupon is given to customers in 05 provinces and cities including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Hai Phong, Can Tho, and Dong Nai. Each coupon worths 27,000 VND. The expiry date of the coupon is December 31, 2021.

The Customer Gratitude promotion on World Post Day applies to all individuals, businesses and organizations using ePacket, Prime Tracked, International Mail, Traditional International Parcels and International EMS services (excluding customers using the International Heavy service) from October 9, 2021 to October 31, 2021.
