The Assembly approved the Operating Report of the Board of Management (BOM); Report of the Board of Directors (BOD) on production and business results in 2020 and business plan targets in 2021; Report on production and business results for the period 2016-2020; Development orientation and business plan for the period 2021-2025; Report on the operation of the Control Board. The Assembly also received high consensus and agreement from all shareholders.

2020 is an extremely difficult and challenging year for the world economy in general and the Vietnamese economy in particular, especially in the context of the epidemics’ impact on the global economy. However, with the drastic management and direction from Vietnam Post to EMS Vietnam and to all province and city posts, EMS Vietnam has actively grasped opportunities, focusing on the development of competitive services, innovation in operating and organizing production and business. As a result, the total revenue of EMS services across the network reached more than 3,500 billion VND, an increase of 103.19% compared to 2019. In particular, international EMS services and Logistics services made a breakthrough growth with 261% and 181% compared to 2019. EMS Vietnam continues to maintain stable growth and maintain its leading position in the EMS market.

In 2021, EMS Vietnam continues to mobilize all resources to implement key solutions including: domestic business development; promoting international business development and strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation with postal operators; continue to review, improve, check, control and improve the quality of production and professional organization; develop a strategy for digital transformation, vigorously applying information technology in all stages of the service supply chain; invest in infrastructure, service provision infrastructure; supplement financial resources and implement solutions for efficient use of financial resources; implement solutions to develop leading team, improve the quality of human resources; build a typical and characteristic corporate culture and at the same time, connect with core cultural values of Vietnam Post.

By 2021, the revenue of the entire network will reach more than 5,000 billion VND, EMS Vietnam continues to take the leading position in the domestic postal and delivery sector, gradually reaching to the regional and international level.
