Vietnam Post introduces Partial Delivery Service

Accordingly, the sellers /senders can send many products with different sizes, colors and designs... so that buyers can choose to receive one or more products that fit their demand. The remaining products will be shipped back to the senders.

To use this service, customers can go to the nearest post office or contact hotline 1900 54 54 81 of Vietnam Post for support. Depending on the needs of the customer, the postal staff will advise the appropriate delivery package with the Part Delivery Service and guide customers to sign the contract, contract appendixes to activate the service.

When sending goods in the form of this partial delivery service, in addition to service fee, customers need to pay additional service charges of 15,000 VND / item. This fee includes the refund fee in case of unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient's refusal to receive the goods or due to other objective factors.

Partial Delivery Service applies to domestic postal services, Logistics, EMS and e-commerce delivery services; not applying to items that are monolithic, food, ornamental plants and other items with COD declared value of over VND 5 million.
