Vietnam Post and Daiichi Life hold National Conference to develop Life Insurance: Successful Connection

Participants attended the conference including: Mr. Chu Quang Hao, President and CEO, Ms. Chu Thi Lan Huong, Executive Vice President of Vietnam Post; Mr. Tran Dinh Quan, Chairman and CEO of Daiichi Life Vietnam, Mr. Dao Quoc Trung - Deputy General Director of Daiichi Life Vietnam in charge of Distribution Channel and Vietnam Post-Daiichi Life product development team, directors and life insurance managers of 63 provincial/city posts of Vietnam Post.

At the conference, Vietnam Post's leaders highlighted the outstanding issues and solutions after 5 years of service deployment at Vietnam Post subsidiaries. On behalf of provincial/city posts, leaders and managers of in charge of Daiichi Life Insurance also contributed a lot of opinions and initiatives on operation and training methods for the next working teams to develop Daiichi life insurance services in provincial/city posts throughout the network for better development.

In addition, five outstanding provincial / city posts also shared experiences and solutions in service development. Nam Dinh Post shared the way to assign goals to their business units and individuals to fulfill their tasks well; Quang Nam Post reported how to conduct an effective team of specialized management from province to district; Ben Tre Post revealed the sales model through organizing an effective service introduction workshop. Ninh Binh Post shared how to develop a good personal sales model. Hai Phong Post offered the secret to effectively exploit customers of Loc Truong Tho insurance products.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Chu Quang Hao, President and CEO of Vietnam Post emphasized the development of life insurance services in Vietnam Post subsidiaries as an important and challenging task, to achieve revenue goals, directors of all subsidiaries were required to show their drastic directions, arrange labor force with experience and professional skills Daiichi services.

Within the framework of the conference, the leaders of Vietnam Post also rewarded 27 outstanding business units for their achievements in the launching program of Life Insurance Month. In addition, 10 directors of province posts were also awarded, including Nam Dinh, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ben Tre, Gia Lai, Cao Bang, Hue, Ninh Binh, Lam Dong and Dong Nai. They are 10 typical leaders with drastic direction for their business unit to achieve the criteria of the Emulation Program to develop life insurance, on the other hand, they are also representatives with persistence, perseverance, proactively offered Daiichi service development plans to help the unit achieve high results in the last 5 years.

The leaders of Daiichi Life Vietnam also encouraged business units with great efforts but not completing the emulation this time and expected their more efforts to develop Daiichi services in the most effective way in the future.
