In addition to the good price policy, Vietnam Post also offers many priorities for customers such as: free collection of up to 30 million VND, free acceptance at the address and delivery many times (maximum 2 times), free change of phone number/receiving address, delivery fee for sender sending email/app My Vietnam Post, free storage for up to 5 days, etc. Not only increasing benefits for senders, Vietnam Post also regularly applies technology to improve shipping time and productivity as well as delivery through Post Smart lockers, facilitating convenience for recipients, especially in the context of the current complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic.
After piloting and evaluating the efficient operation, Vietnam Post has expanded the scope of Post Smart lockers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An, Kien Giang and Can Tho. Smart lockers allow customers to proactively receive goods 24/7 quickly at the desired locations with just a few simple steps on smartphone and smart screen of the lockers.
With smart lockers, customers can receive goods without contacting with postmen or postal staff. The process of receiving goods from entering the code, paying, opening the smart lockers, picking up the goods takes a few minutes, helping minimize the transaction time of customers.
