Announcement of transferring shares of Vietnam Post at Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank

Basing on the minutes of February 23, 2022 determining the results of the auction of LPB shares owned by Vietnam Post and the results of paying investors to buy shares according to the index 302/SGDHN-BGG dated March 8, 2022 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange, accordingly, Vietnam Post announces the results of capital transfer through the common public bidding method of Vietnam Post at Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank, as follows:

1, Number of shares offered: 122,175,343 shares

2, Starting price of offering shares: 28,930 VND/share

3, Total number of investors registered to participate in the bid: 7 investors

4, Total valid order quantity: 800 shares

5, Total number of investors won the bid: 7 investors

6, the total number of shares won by investors at the bid: 800 shares

7, Total number of shares offered for bidding but refused by investors: 800 shares

8, Total number of unsold shares at the bid: 122,175,343 shares.
