To implement the cooperation agreement between Vietnam Post and Lao Cai province Women's Union in providing cash delivery for ethnic minority women affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, from 2 December to 4 December 2020, Lao Cai Post implements to pay UN Women's cash support for 600 ethnic minority women in Pa Cheo, Den Thang, Sang Ma Sao, Y Ty communes, Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province.
